Rooms, Rates, and Travel
The fee for Shabbat Shira includes lodging on camp at OSRUI, meals, and all programming and materials.
In years past, OSRUI ran the operations of Shabbat Shira; their expenses were part of their annual camp budget. As Sing Unto God is now the sole producer of the program, we are responsible for all fees, program materials, and expenses.
The cost is slightly higher than in 2019 based on the rental fees SUG owes OSRUI for every room and all meals, as well as for the cost of teachers and staff, materials, and operations.
A core value of Sing Unto God is to create and maintain safe, inclusive spaces.

The nearest airport is Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE - General Mitchell International Airport), a 50-minute drive from camp. The best time to arrive at the Milwaukee Airport for the program is on Thursday between 10:30am and 2:30pm. Please note: there are no refunds or cost adjustments if your flight arrangements don't work out as planned. Plan accordingly.

More information coming soon. For now, please DO NOT book your own shuttle coming from Milwaukee airport. We'll email when we have more details.

Additional Transit Options
Some participants choose to fly into O’Hare. Please note that the camp is a 2-hour drive from O’Hare Airport (ORD) in Chicago and shuttles and other means of transportation can be expensive. You can rent a car or find someone coming from the Chicago area from whom to hitch a ride.
We encourage those who are looking for rides or who are offering to share their ride to indicate their interest by posting in the Shabbat Shira Facebook group.
