UPS Package Tracking Delays and Missing Updates
I shipped a package through UPS recently, and the tracking information didn’t update properly during transit. For several days the system showed the same status without any movement, even though the delivery was still in progress. This made it difficult to estimate arrival time or understand if something had gone wrong. I contacted support, but the explanations were very general and didn’t clarify the actual location of the package. Eventually it did arrive, but much later than the original estimate. The lack of real-time updates was the most frustrating part of the whole process. Has anyone else noticed tracking delays or missing updates with UPS shipments lately?

I’ve relied on UPS for years because most of my work equipment and online purchases are delivered through them, and usually the service is reliable enough for everyday shipping needs. Still, problems become extremely frustrating when tracking updates suddenly stop or packages get delayed without clear explanations.
