Solange is a fundraising professional driven to create a global impact by identifying needs and resources and bringing them together so people are helped and communities are improved. Prior to joining IsraAID US, Solange served as a Regional Director for Brown University, engaging alumni and parents in transformational and legacy philanthropic gifts. A licensed California attorney, Solange brings her legal knowledge and experience to create gift proposals addressing today's needs and the promises for a better tomorrow.

Solange taught religious education at Carmel Beth Israel in Carmel Valley and at Temple Beth El in Salinas, California for nearly a decade before moving to New York. Fiercely committed to maintaining her unique blend of heritage and faith, she is the daughter of a first-generation Haitian dad and a Polish-Mexican mom, as well as a proud mom to three amazing multilingual, multicultural individuals and one “Lucky” Havanese pooch, who will gladly accept cookies regardless of the language in which they are offered.
