P'tach Libi/Open My Heart
Online Learning with Cantor Ellen Dreskin

Sing Unto God is excited to present these exclusive classes from Cantor Ellen Dreskin, one of our favorite educators, prayer-leaders, and a giant in the field of Jewish spirituality.

Ellen has decades of experience as a Cantor and Educator, helping communities and individuals to deepen their relationship with prayer practice, liturgical music, and their own unique spiritual journeys.

She is a prayer-leader, consultant, mentor and spiritual director, inviting lay and clergy alike to think deeply about prayer as spiritual practice and a lens through which we might gain a broader perspective on life in general.  She is delighted to offer classes on line for the 3rd year in a row, and eagerly welcomes all life-long learners to join in these conversations.

Deepen both your prayer practice and your comfort with liturgical Hebrew, verbs/nouns, singular/plural, root recognition, and reflection on the connection between grammar, theology, and the act of prayer itself.
